Doda: An earthquake of magnitude 3.6 struck Doda in Jammu & Kashmir on Monday at 2:47 a.m. IST, the National Center for Seismology (NCS) reported.
The tremor occurred at a shallow depth of 5 km, with its epicenter at 33.10° N latitude and 76.18° E longitude. So far, no casualties or damage have been reported.
In a post on X, the NCS stated: “EQ of M: 3.6, On: 06/10/2025 02:47:08 IST, Lat: 33.10 N, Long: 76.18 E, Depth: 5 Km, Location: Doda, Jammu & Kashmir.”
