Budgam: Four people were injured, one of them critically, after a section of tiles collapsed from the Clock Tower in Chadoora area of central Kashmir’s Budgam district on Friday.
According to sources, the injured were immediately shifted to Sub-District Hospital (SDH) Chadoora, where doctors referred the critically injured person to a Srinagar hospital for specialized treatment.
Soon after the incident, police reached the spot and took cognizance of the matter.
Meanwhile, authorities have sealed off the area around the Clock Tower with barbed wire to restrict public movement and prevent any further mishap.
