Director Animal Husbandry reviews HADP scheme at Anantnag

ANANTNAG: In a significant move to enhance the livestock sector in the region, Dr. Parvinder Singh Sudan, Director of the Animal Husbandry Department (AHD) Kashmir, conducted a comprehensive review of the Holistic Animal Development Program (HADP) scheme in a meeting at Anantnag.

The meeting aimed to assess the progress and implementation of various initiatives under the HADP, which is designed to improve animal health, productivity, and overall livelihoods for farmers.

The review meeting included discussions on challenges faced in implementing the HADP scheme and strategies for overcoming these obstacles.

On the occasion, Dir appreciated the exemplary work of  Chief Animal Husbandry Officer Anantnag, Dr. Javed Zarger & his team in the district

Dr. Sudan emphasized that continuous monitoring and evaluation are crucial for achieving desired outcomes from such schemes. He encouraged all stakeholders involved to remain committed to their roles in fostering sustainable development within animal husbandry.
