Rajouri: Indian Army as part of ‘Operation Sadbhavana’, is conducting Women Personality Development including Information Technology Training at Thanamandi, Rajouri district. This skill development initiative is aimed to improve their communication skills, Information Technology skills and build confidence in achieving greater success in their personal and professional lives. The course is scheduled with effect from 18 February 2025 to 20 March 2025, which witnessed active participation of twenty women from local communities. The Indian Army has always been a pillar of support in guiding and empowering local youth by providing skill development opportunities.
Women Personality Development including Information Technology Training program is a holistic initiative designed to empower women with all necessary infrastructure and training which will build solid foundation in Information Technology skills. By combining Personality Development and Information Technology skills, this workshop provides opportunity for women to enhance their communication abilities, build confidence and develop a more positive as well as Information Technology training modules on computer programming, data analysis, digital literacy and cyber security.
This training provides a unique opportunity to network with like-minded individuals, build their professional portfolios and develop the skills and knowledge necessary to start their own businesses or pursue leadership roles in their chosen fields. Each participant’s progress is a testament to the dedication and perseverance of these youth. As a token of recognition, certificates for participation and gifts will be awarded to all participants on closing day. Women Personality Development including Information Technology Training is yet another remarkable chapter in this ongoing journey.
