Indian Army Organised Dangal Competition for Youth at Kalakote, Rajouri

Rajouri:In the series of effort to encourage sporting culture among the people of the hilly area Dangal Competition was conducted by Indian Army at Kalakote. The competition aimed to provide a platform for wrestlers to showcase their skills.

The event saw participation of 70 wrestlers. The audience played a vital role in making the event a resounding success. Their enthusiasm, support and sportsmanship added to the excitement and energy of the competition. The closing ceremony saw the distribution of prizes and medals of the winners. The dignitaries congratulated the winners and praised the participants for their display of skill and sportsmanship. It is a part of a series of initiatives through which Indian Army is coming forward to positively engage the youth while creating a positive perspective by encouraging the youth to channelise their energies in a constructive manner towards Nation building.
