Doda: Indian Army conducted a motivational lecture on Indian Army Career Awareness at Government Sr Sec School Assar, with the aim of inspiring young students to consider a career in the armed forces. It was attended by 16 teachers and 185 students of the school. The lecture began with an introduction to the Indian Army, highlighting its glorious history, structure, and role in ensuring national security along with various entry schemes such as NDA, CDS, TES, and technical entries, providing students with detailed information about eligibility criteria, selection procedures, and training programmes.
The interactive session that followed allowed students to ask questions, which were answered with clarity and encouragement. The event concluded with a motivational message urging youth to serve the nation with pride and honour by joining the Indian Army. Overall, the lecture served as a powerful motivator and left a lasting impression on the students, igniting in many a strong desire to contribute to the nation’s defence and glory.
