Juhi Chawla called Aamir Khan’s Sitaare Zameen Par one of the ‘best films’, while Javed Akhtar revealed that he got emotional while watching the film.
Aamir Khan and Genelia Deshmukh starrer Sitaare Zameen Par has released in theatres today. The makers hosted a special screening yesterday, which was attended by celebs such as Shah Rukh Khan, Salman Khan, Rekha, Juhi Chawla, Vicky Kaushal and many others. Following the screening, celebrities shared their reviews of the film and were highly impressed. Juhi praised Aamir, stating that the superstar has outdone himself. Meanwhile, veteran lyricist Javed Akhtar shared that he got emotional during the screening.
A video shared by Aamir Khan Talkies on YouTube shows glimpses from the special screening. Shah Rukh Khan and Salman Khan are seen interacting with the cast of Sitaare Zameen Par. Meanwhile, towards the end of the video, Juhi Chawla is seen praising the film after watching the movie. She said, “One of the best films I have seen! Aamir, you have outdone yourself in this film.”
Juhi Chawla and Aamir Khan have shared screen space in several popular films. The two have worked together in notable movies such as ‘Qayamat Se Qayamat Tak’, ‘Hum Hain Rahi Pyar Ke’, ‘Ishq’, and ‘Love Love Love’. Over the years, the two stars have continued to maintain a close friendship.

But I didn’t know I would leave so happy and smiling).” Filmmaker Rajkumar Hirani said, “You can still see the tears.” Javed Akhtar shared, “A very very nice film. Abhi tak meri aankhon mein thode aansu baaki hain. (There are still a few tears left in my eyes),” while Ali Fazal said, “All heart.” Himesh Reshammiya said, “Such a warm film. You can watch it at least 10 times. Beautiful!”
