Jammu: Two young men died on the spot after their motorcycle collided with a load carrier (camper) on the Bani–Basohli road near Sandhar village, close to the Mohan Tea Stall, on Friday morning.
According to sources, the motorcycle, carrying both victims, crashed into the load carrier under unclear circumstances, resulting in their instant death.
The deceased have been identified as Shahbaz, son of Abass, and Rohit, son of Rashpal — both residents of Bhoond village in the Bani area.
Authorities have taken cognizance of the incident, and further investigation is underway.
