ISLAMABAD: Pakistan on Tuesday welcomed the United States’ move to designate the Baloch Liberation Army (BLA) and its affiliate, the Majeed Brigade, as foreign terrorist organizations.
In a statement, the Foreign Ministry reaffirmed Pakistan’s role as a firm barrier against terrorism, vowing to protect its citizens and eradicate the menace in all its forms and manifestations.
“We remain committed to working with the international community to address this shared challenge,” the ministry added.
