NEW DELHI: Cognizant on Thursday announced that around 80% of its eligible employees will receive a salary hike, effective November 1, 2025.
The IT services company had earlier stated during its second-quarter earnings that it planned merit-based pay increases for the majority of employees in the second half of 2025. “These hikes will apply up to and including Senior Associate levels, with amounts varying based on individual performance ratings and location,” a company spokesperson said.
In India, consistent top performers will see increases in the high single digits, while the highest performers will get the biggest raises. Earlier this year, Cognizant awarded most associates their largest bonuses in three years.
