“My Family Is Safe”: Elvish Yadav Speaks Out After Gunfire Near Gurugram Home

Gurugram: ‘Bigg Boss OTT 2’ winner Elvish Yadav has spoken out after his Gurugram home was targeted in a shooting incident on Sunday morning.

Unidentified gunmen opened fire at the YouTuber’s residence, leaving the neighborhood in shock.

On Sunday, Yadav took to Instagram to reassure fans that he and his family were safe. Expressing his gratitude, he wrote:

“I would like to extend my sincere gratitude for your good wishes. My family and I are safe and well. Your kind thoughts and concern are truly appreciated. Thank you.”

Earlier, Elvish’s father, Ram Avtar Yadav, told the media that the family was terrified following the incident. He detailed that “more than 15 bullets” were fired at their home around 5:30 AM.

“We heard a noise around 5:30 in the morning. When we went outside, we saw that bullets had been fired. We immediately checked the CCTV footage and confirmed that two people were involved, possibly a third. We informed the police. They fired more than 15 rounds,” Ram Avtar Yadav said.

Gurugram Police confirmed that over a dozen rounds were fired outside the residence, and Elvish was not at home at the time.

“Three masked individuals opened fire outside the residence of YouTuber and Bigg Boss OTT winner Elvish Yadav in Gurugram’s Sector 57 around 5:30 AM. More than a dozen rounds were fired. Elvish Yadav was not at home during the incident,” said Sandeep Kumar, PRO of Gurugram Police.
