JAMMU: Lieutenant General P K Mishra, General Officer Commanding (GOC) of the Army’s White Knight Corps, visited forward positions along the Line of Control (LoC) in the Naushera sector of Rajouri district, Jammu and Kashmir, on Friday, emphasizing the importance of strengthened defensive and surveillance measures to protect territorial integrity.
According to a post by the White Knight Corps on X, “The GOC White Knight Corps, accompanied by the GOC of the Ace of Spades Division, inspected forward areas in the Naushera sector to assess the current security situation and review the operational readiness of troops deployed along the Line of Control.”
During the visit, Lt Gen Mishra highlighted the need to maintain robust defensive and surveillance systems along the LoC to ensure mission effectiveness and safeguard the region.
