Heavy Rain and Falling Rocks Force Closure of Jammu-Srinagar National Highway

JAMMU,: Vehicular movement on the Jammu–Srinagar National Highway (NH-44) was suspended Tuesday morning following landslides and falling rocks at multiple points amid continuous rainfall.

Traffic authorities reported that the highway remains closed and have advised commuters to postpone travel until weather conditions improve and clearance operations are completed.

Travelers are urged to check the latest road status before starting their journey through official Traffic Control Units (TCUs):
