Mumbai: Reliance Jio Infocomm Limited (Jio) on Wednesday announced relief measures for customers affected by heavy rains and flooding in Jammu and Kashmir, Ladakh, and Himachal Pradesh.
A company spokesperson stated that despite the extreme weather, Jio continues to provide critical connectivity in most affected areas.
“Jio recognizes the essential role of reliable connectivity in accessing emergency services, staying in touch with family, and receiving critical updates,” the spokesperson said.

Prepaid mobile users will benefit from unlimited voice calls and 2GB of high-speed data per day at no extra cost or recharge requirement. JioHome subscribers will receive an additional 3 days of service based on their last active plan, also free of charge.
Postpaid Mobile and JioHome customers will be granted a 3-day grace period for bill payments, ensuring seamless service continuity without interruptions.
