JAMMU: Police on Monday arrested two individuals in connection with an alleged act of sacrilege in Kuniyan, Poonch district.
Authorities also recovered the vehicle reportedly used in the incident, a police spokesperson said.
The accused have been charged under Section 299 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS), which pertains to deliberate acts intended to outrage religious feelings.
