NEW DELHI: Digital infrastructure and IT services firm Invenia aims to grow its revenue by about 40% to ₹2,000 crore over the next three years, driven by increasing demand for connectivity from data centres and government projects, a senior company executive said.

Invenia Vice Chairman and Non-Executive Director Ankit Agarwal told PTI that the company sees strong growth opportunities from data centre expansion and initiatives like BharatNet, which is boosting digital connectivity.

“We are looking to take the business from about ₹1,300–1,400 crore of revenue this fiscal year to closer to about ₹2,000 crore in three years,” Agarwal said.

As of March 31, Invenia’s equity capital stood at around ₹907 crore and its asset base was valued at nearly ₹2,800 crore. The company also held a robust order book worth ₹4,250 crore, he added.

Carved out of Sterlite Technologies (STL), Invenia is set to debut on Indian stock exchanges on Thursday. It will follow a mirror shareholding pattern with STL, offering 1 share of Invenia for every 1 share held in STL.

Agarwal said the company will focus on system integration, with core areas including data centre connectivity, cybersecurity, and managed services to support global capability centres (GCCs). Invenia also plans to strengthen its presence in India, the UK, and Europe.
