New Delhi: The Supreme Court on Thursday took suo motu notice of a media report highlighting the absence of functional CCTVs in police stations. A bench comprising Justices Vikram Nath and Sandeep Mehta observed that, according to the report, 11 deaths in police custody have been recorded in Rajasthan this year.
