SRINAGAR: In a show of solidarity and compassion, the High Court today donated Rs. 54,40,500 to the Chief Minister’s Relief Fund (CMRF) to aid the rehabilitation and welfare of those affected by the recent devastating floods in the region.
The contribution, presented formally to the Chief Minister, reflects the heartfelt support of the entire judicial fraternity. While modest in amount, the Court emphasized that collective action is vital to restore normalcy and rebuild lives in the flood-affected areas.

The recent floods displaced numerous families and caused extensive damage to property and livelihoods, deeply affecting the socio-economic fabric of the Union Territory.
