Apple Event 2025: What to Expect from iPhone 17, Apple Watch 11, and More

Apple’s biggest launch of the year is finally here. On Tuesday, Tim Cook and team will take the stage to unveil the much-anticipated iPhone 17 series along with other new products. While some devices may be phased out with the arrival of fresh models, all eyes are on the upgrades Apple is set to deliver this time.

iPhone 17 Series Takes the Spotlight

The iPhone 17 lineup will headline the event, with four models expected. A new iPhone 17 Air could replace the familiar “Plus” branding, while the Pro models may feature fresh colour options and design tweaks.

Apple’s colourful event invite has fueled speculation about multi-hued models, with leaks hinting at an orange variant. Recent case leaks also suggest a redesigned rear camera housing, keeping the triple-lens layout but introducing changes to the MagSafe charging area, now shaped as a rectangle instead of the usual circular ring.

Under the hood, the iPhone 17 Pro and Pro Max are tipped to debut the A19 Pro chipset, while the regular iPhone 17 models may get the standard A19 — both promising performance gains over last year’s processors.

Apple Watch Series 11 and Ultra 3

Apple is also expected to launch the Watch Series 11 and Watch Ultra 3. The Series 11 could see design updates, while the Ultra 3 may bring more than cosmetic changes, including satellite connectivity and 5G RedCap support.

Both models are rumoured to introduce blood pressure monitoring, adding to Apple Watch’s expanding health-tracking capabilities like sleep apnea detection. Meanwhile, the Watch SE might undergo its biggest refresh yet, with a plastic body in multiple colours and a redesigned back panel inspired by the iPhone 5C.

AirPods Pro 3

Bloomberg reports that the AirPods Pro 3 will arrive this year, pushing Apple further into health and fitness services. The earbuds could feature heart rate monitoring, tighter integration with the Health app, and enhanced sound quality with improved active noise cancellation. A refreshed design is also likely.

Foldable iPhone? Probably Not

Despite ongoing speculation, chances of Apple showcasing a foldable iPhone at this year’s event are slim — less than 2 percent, according to reports.
