Jammu: A suspected blast rocked Jammu and Kashmir’s Doda district on Thursday, sparking panic in the Dumri Mohalla area near Jamai Masjid, sources said.
Police teams rushed to the site, and investigations are underway. Two individuals have been detained for questioning.
The incident comes amid heightened tension in Doda and nearby areas, where over 80 people have been detained following violent clashes between protesters and security forces after the arrest of AAP MLA Mehraj Malik under the Public Safety Act (PSA).
