RAJOURI: Under the guidance of the Secretary of Health & Medical Education and the supervision of Deputy Commissioner Abhishek Sharma and Director Health Services Jammu, the Health Department Rajouri organized nine special medical camps across various parts of the district.
A total of 530 patients benefited from OPD consultations, free medicines, and essential healthcare services at these camps. The initiative addressed both immediate medical needs and preventive healthcare for communities affected by recent rains.
This outreach aims to protect the health and well-being of vulnerable populations during adverse weather conditions. So far, the department has conducted 144 medical camps, serving 7,020 individuals and reinforcing its commitment to providing equitable access to quality healthcare across the district.
