NEW DELHI,: OYO’s parent company, PRISM, on Friday unveiled CheckIn, a dedicated app for its premium properties worldwide.

The app will showcase a curated portfolio of premium hotels, homes, and experiences, including SUNDAY Hotels, Clubhouse, Palette, as well as European holiday homes like CheckMyGuest, Dancenter, Belvilla, and more.

While OYO App will continue catering to budget-conscious travellers, CheckIn is aimed at the premium and luxury segment.

Ritesh Agarwal, Founder & Group CEO of PRISM, said, “CheckIn offers two key advantages: assurance that every property meets strict quality and service standards, and the convenience of exploring diverse premium options without navigating multiple platforms. Just as OYO became a global benchmark for budget travel, CheckIn will be our worldwide hub for premium hotels and homes.”

The CheckIn collection and app was piloted in India three months ago via the Play Store and App Store, OYO said. Bookings are already open across destinations such as London, Dubai, Bali, and several Indian cities.

Currently available in India, CheckIn is set for a global rollout in the coming months. According to OYO, around 45% of users consistently choose budget-friendly stays, while nearly 55% prefer design-led, experience-focused premium accommodations.

Founded in 2012 by Ritesh Agarwal, OYO started as a budget travel-tech brand, standardising small hotels using technology. In recent years, the company has expanded internationally into premium hotels and vacation homes, beyond its Indian budget hotel roots.
