RAJOURI: As part of the Sewa Parv 2025 campaign, the Department of Youth Services and Sports inaugurated the Inter-District Divisional Level Under-14 Boys Volleyball Tournament at the Mini Stadium Sports Complex, Rajouri. The event marks a significant initiative to promote sports and nurture healthy competition among local youth.
The opening ceremony saw enthusiastic participation from young athletes eager to showcase their skills. The tournament brings together talented Under-14 boys from multiple districts, providing a platform to develop camaraderie, discipline, and a competitive spirit.
The event aims to encourage fair play, teamwork, and sporting excellence, while offering budding athletes visibility and fostering greater community engagement in sports promotion.
District Information Officer Ashiq Rafiq Malik graced the occasion as Chief Guest, while Retired ZPEO Rakesh Kumar and other dignitaries attended as Guests of Honour.
The tournament is being conducted under the supervision of District Youth Services and Sports Officer Rajouri, Mohammad Qasim, with guidance and support from ZPEO Baljarrallan Wali Mohammad.
