Nagpur: Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) chief Mohan Bhagwat on Saturday described the organisation’s prarthana (prayer) as the collective expression of swayamsevaks’ dedication to the nation and to God.
Bhagwat released the audio of the Sangh prayer, recited by singer Shankar Mahadevan and explained in Hindi and Marathi by Harish Bhimani and actor Sachin Khedekar, respectively.
Addressing the gathering in Nagpur, he said, “This prayer embodies devotion, love, and commitment to Bharat Mata. It reflects what we can offer to the nation and then to God, to guide us in serving our country.” He added that the audio release will help the prayer reach a wider audience.
Bhagwat emphasized that the prayer fosters a shared sense of dedication among swayamsevaks, strengthening their collective resolve toward the motherland.
