JAMMU: A comprehensive Health Check-Up Camp was successfully held today at PM Shri Government Girls Middle School, Jindrah, organized jointly by the Health Department and the school administration. The initiative aimed to raise health awareness and promote the well-being of students through preventive screenings.

Over 56 students participated in detailed health examinations during the camp. The medical team conducted various assessments, including general health check-ups, vision tests, and dental hygiene evaluations. Additionally, students were educated on personal hygiene and the importance of a balanced diet.

The camp was coordinated by Anuradha from the Health Department, alongside Lakshmi Devi and Sadaket Ali, who ensured smooth organization and active student participation. The school staff extended full support to the medical team, contributing to the event’s success.

During interactions with the students, health officials emphasized the importance of regular medical check-ups, nutritious eating habits, and good hygiene practices. They also encouraged children to adopt a healthy lifestyle to support both physical and mental development.
