Bhaderwah: A large number of tourists flocked to Guldanda meadow in Bhaderwah on Tuesday to witness the season’s first heavy snowfall.
The picturesque town has turned into a winter wonderland, drawing visitors from Delhi and Haryana who are captivated by its natural beauty and serene charm.
The fresh snowfall has sparked excitement among locals and tourism stakeholders, marking the beginning of what many hope will be a promising winter tourism season.
Guldanda, perched at an altitude of 9,555 feet along the Bhaderwah-Pathankot highway, was blanketed in a thick layer of snow, transforming the scenic pass into a dazzling white paradise.
The season’s first snowfall also covered popular spots such as Chattergalla Pass, Ashapati Glacier, and the Kailash peaks, adding to the region’s allure.
Tourists expressed their joy at witnessing live snowfall for the first time, capturing the mesmerizing scenes and sharing the moment with locals and fellow travellers.
