Vivo X300 Series Launch Confirmed: OriginOS 6 Also Coming This Month

Vivo has officially confirmed that the Vivo X300 series will launch in China on October 13, alongside the debut of OriginOS 6, which will be unveiled on October 10. The company’s next-generation flagship lineup is already generating excitement, with a renewed focus on both hardware and software innovations.

The Vivo X-series has long been known for its stellar imaging capabilities powered by Zeiss Optics, but the X300 lineup is expected to push boundaries further—particularly on the software front with the new OriginOS 6 experience.

In terms of design, the Vivo X300 is expected to feature a 6.3-inch 8T LTPO AMOLED display, while the X300 Pro could sport a larger 6.7-inch panel with similar specifications. Both models appear to feature a flat-frame design and a large circular rear camera module.

Under the hood, both phones are rumored to run on the MediaTek Dimensity 9500 chipset, paired with up to 16GB RAM and 1TB of storage. The new OriginOS 6 will come pre-installed on both the Chinese and Indian versions.

For photography, the series may include a triple-camera setup featuring a 200MP telephoto periscope lens, accompanied by wide and ultra-wide cameras. The X300 Pro is expected to deliver an enhanced and more versatile imaging system.

Battery life also sees a significant upgrade, with the Vivo X300 reportedly housing a 6,040mAh battery, while the X300 Pro could feature a 6,500mAh unit. Both are said to support 90W wired fast charging.

The Vivo X300 series India launch is expected in November, with prices likely starting above ₹80,000.
