GDC Ramkote holds Volleyball Match to mark IEC Intensified Campaign and Daan Utsav 2025

KATHUA: The Red Ribbon Club of Government Degree College (GDC) Ramkote, in collaboration with the J&K AIDS Control Society (JKACS) and the NSS Unit of the college, today organized a Volleyball Match for boys.

The event was held under the patronage of College Principal Dr. Rakesh Kumar Koul, who encouraged the participants to imbibe the spirit of sportsmanship, discipline, teamwork, and to contribute towards building a healthy and fit India.

Through the match, students sought to convey the message that engaging in sports can play a vital role in steering youth away from substance abuse and behaviors leading to HIV/AIDS infections.

The match was conducted under the supervision of IQAC Convener Prof. Pankaj Nandan.

Dr. Koul congratulated the winning team, all participants, and faculty members for their enthusiasm and involvement. Among the faculty present were Prof. Suresh Chander, Prof. Anu Sharma, Prof. Vasundra Raje, Krishan Singh, and Ankush Kundral.
