Vivo X300 Series Launched With MediaTek Chip, Zeiss Cameras, and Android 16: Price, Specs & More
The Vivo X300 series has officially debuted in China, marking the company’s latest flagship lineup powered by MediaTek’s premium chipset and featuring Zeiss Optics lenses. Alongside the new phones, Vivo is introducing its OriginOS 6 based on Android 16, which will roll out later this week.
While Vivo isn’t venturing into a “Pro Max” model this time, the X300 series focuses on camera performance, sleek design, and fast-charging battery technology — building on the success of the X200 and X200 Pro series.
Vivo X300 Series: Price and India Launch Details
The Vivo X300 lineup starts at CNY 4,399 (approx ₹54,300) for the 12GB + 256GB variant, while the 16GB + 256GB model costs CNY 4,699 (approx ₹58,200). The top-end variant with 16GB RAM and 1TB storage is priced at CNY 5,799 (approx ₹73,000).
The Vivo X300 Pro starts at CNY 5,299 (approx ₹65,400), going up to CNY 5,999 (approx ₹74,200) for the 16GB + 512GB version. A special 16GB + 1TB model featuring satellite connectivity is available for CNY 8,299 (approx ₹1.03 lakh).
The India launch is expected in November 2025, although Vivo has yet to confirm the official date.
Vivo X300 Series: What’s New
The Vivo X300 sports a 6.31-inch LTPO OLED display with a 120Hz adaptive refresh rate, while the X300 Pro features a larger 6.78-inch 1.5K OLED panel. Both devices are powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 9500 chipset paired with up to 16GB RAM and 1TB storage.
Battery capacities differ — the X300 houses a 6,040mAh unit in a slim 7.95mm body weighing 190g, whereas the X300 Pro packs a 6,510mAh battery in a 7.9mm frame, weighing 226g. Both models include dual speakers, an x-axis linear motor, and even an action button similar to iPhones.

Photography is the main highlight of this lineup.
- Vivo X300: 200MP main sensor (OIS) + 50MP ultrawide + 50MP periscope telephoto lens.
- Vivo X300 Pro: 50MP Sony main sensor (OIS) + 50MP ultrawide + 200MP periscope telephoto (OIS).
Both phones feature a 50MP front camera for selfies and video calls, ensuring flagship-grade imaging across the board.
