Srinagar: The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) on Tuesday announced its candidates for the upcoming Assembly by-elections in Jammu and Kashmir.
In a list released by the party, the BJP’s Central Election Committee named Aga Syed Mohsin as its candidate for the Budgam constituency (No. 27) and Devyani Rana for the Nagrota constituency (No. 77).
The announcement signals the BJP’s formal entry into the J&K bypolls, where both seats are expected to witness keenly contested battles.
