LG Manoj Sinha Returns to Delhi with Holy Relics of Lord Buddha
New Delh: Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha returned to Delhi today after a three-day visit to the Republic of Kalmykia, Russia. He led the Indian delegation that brought back the Holy Relics of Lord Buddha following their week-long exposition in Elista, the capital city of Kalmykia.
In a post on X, the Lieutenant Governor wrote:
“Holy relics of Lord Buddha are back home after a week-long exposition in Kalmykia, Russia. The exposition reaffirmed our commitment to fostering mutual understanding, building trust and cooperation, and creating lasting connections through shared spiritual experiences.

The exposition of the holy relics has strengthened our spiritual bond, reminding us that mindfulness will forever serve as a source of peace, values, and inspiration for generations to come. Though the holy relics have returned home, Buddha’s enduring presence in Kalmykia will continue to guide seekers on their path to enlightenment.”
