Mumbai: Comedian-actor Munawar Faruqui returns with the much-awaited second season of his OTT series, First Copy, whose official trailer has now been unveiled.
The trailer offers a gripping glimpse into the world of Faruqui’s character, Arif, hailed as the “New King of Bollywood.”
Set against the backdrop of early 2000s Mumbai, First Copy Season 2 delves deeper into the dark and dangerous world of film piracy, exploring a narrative driven by ambition, power, and betrayal. Arif, once a feared pirate king, now faces new challenges — including betrayal and powerful enemies — as he strives for an empire bigger than ever before.
The trailer teases high-octane moments, featuring Arif’s dramatic arrest, action-packed chases, and intense confrontations with both old and new foes. It also provides glimpses into his personal relationships with the characters played by Ashi Singh and Krystle D’Souza.
