Mumbai: Bollywood’s beloved couple, Vicky Kaushal and Katrina Kaif, welcomed their first child—a baby boy—on Friday.
In a joint post shared on social media, the couple announced the happy news, expressing gratitude and joy.
“Our bundle of joy has arrived. With immense love and gratitude, we welcome our baby boy. 7th November, 2025. — Katrina & Vicky,” the note read.
Vicky captioned the post expressing how blessed they feel.
As soon as the announcement went public, congratulatory messages poured in from friends and fans alike. Celebrities such as Manish Malhotra, Upasana Kamineni Konidela, Neha Dhupia, Huma Qureshi, Rakul Preet Singh, Lara Bhupathi, Arjun Kapoor, Guneet Monga, and Shreya Ghoshal extended their warm wishes to the new parents.
The couple had confirmed their pregnancy in September with a heartwarming maternity photoshoot post. “On our way to start the best chapter of our lives with hearts full of joy and gratitude,” they wrote, alongside a picture of them dressed in white, with Vicky lovingly holding Katrina’s baby bump.
Vicky and Katrina tied the knot on December 9, 2021, at the luxurious Six Senses Fort Barwara in Rajasthan.
In a past episode of Koffee With Karan, Katrina revealed that their love story began at filmmaker Zoya Akhtar’s party. She also admitted that Vicky wasn’t initially on her “radar.”
“I didn’t know much about him. He was just a name I had heard of but never associated with. But when I met him, I was won over,” she said with a smile.
