Mumbai (Maharashtra): Black-and-white photographs have a timeless charm — they often capture emotions that colours can’t. Shahid Kapoor and Mira Rajput recently proved this with a beautiful throwback moment.
In a monochrome picture from their Karwa Chauth celebrations earlier this year, shared by Mira on Instagram, Shahid is seen gently kissing Mira on her forehead — a tender gesture that perfectly reflects their deep bond.
Alongside the picture, Mira penned a heartfelt caption about dreams, love, and togetherness. She wrote,
“The thing with life is, it’s incomplete without dreams. We all have our own — thinking about them, chasing them, and working hard to make them come true. Then love comes along, and you chase dreams together. Different dreams, but together… You find happiness in the other’s chase — the wins, the disappointments, the joy, and the scary possibility of impossibility. And then you realize the real dream is love.”
Shahid and Mira tied the knot on July 7, 2015, in an intimate ceremony in Delhi. The couple, who had an arranged marriage, are proud parents to daughter Misha (born in 2016) and son Zain (born in 2018).
On the work front, Shahid Kapoor will next appear in Cocktail 2, the sequel to the 2012 hit film Cocktail. The upcoming movie features Kriti Sanon, Shahid Kapoor, and Rashmika Mandanna in lead roles and is directed by Homi Adajania.
The original Cocktail (2012), starring Saif Ali Khan, Deepika Padukone, and Diana Penty, was a major success for its refreshing take on modern relationships and friendship.
