SRINAGAR: Director School Education Kashmir, Naseer Ahmad Wani, on Thursday conducted surprise inspections at several examination centres in Srinagar, Bandipora and Ganderbal to ensure discipline, smooth arrangements, and fairness in the ongoing exams.
He was accompanied by CEO Srinagar, Ghulam Mohi-ud-Din Bhat, and Deputy CEO Ganderbal, Rumaisa Sangeen.
During the visit, the Director inspected multiple centres, including Girls Higher Secondary School Nawakadal, Boys Higher Secondary School Mujgund, Higher Secondary School Shadipora Bandipora, Higher Secondary School Wakura Ganderbal, and Higher Secondary School Kurhama Ganderbal. He reviewed invigilation arrangements, seating plans, student facilities, and measures to ensure transparency in the conduct of examinations.
The Director appreciated the efforts of the supervisory and invigilation staff for maintaining discipline and ensuring the smooth conduct of exams. He reaffirmed the Directorate’s commitment to a fair, transparent, and stress-free examination process across Kashmir Division.
He also directed the concerned officers to maintain strict vigilance against any malpractice, warning that any deviation from established norms would invite strict action.
Expressing satisfaction with the arrangements, Wani reiterated that upholding integrity and fairness throughout the examination process remains the Department’s top priority.
