New Delhi, Nov 15: Congress President Mallikarjun Kharge today held a detailed review meeting with senior leader Rahul Gandhi to assess the party’s performance in the recently concluded Bihar assembly elections. The discussion focused on identifying key factors behind the electoral setback and charting a course for organizational strengthening in the state.
