Police on Saturday arrested two truck drivers accused of being involved in a hit-and-run incident that claimed the life of a scooty rider in Qazigund, South Kashmir. The drivers have been identified as Sonu Singh, son of Dharmindher Singh from Barnala, and Arshpreet Singh, son of Jagsir Singh from Ludhiana. Both were driving trucks with registration numbers PB10JA-1651 and PB06BD-7171.
