Jammu, Nov 21: The Lieutenant Governor said that Jammu is rapidly developing into a major trade and logistics hub, driven by improved connectivity, expanding infrastructure, and growing investment opportunities. He highlighted that recent initiatives have strengthened the region’s economic landscape and opened new avenues for business growth.
The LG noted that upgraded road networks, modern transport facilities, and upcoming logistics parks are enhancing the movement of goods and boosting industrial activity. He added that government reforms and a conducive business environment are encouraging entrepreneurs and companies to set up operations in Jammu.
He reiterated the administration’s commitment to supporting trade, ensuring efficient service delivery, and creating a vibrant economic ecosystem that benefits local businesses and generates employment opportunities.
