Kurukshetra, Nov 26: Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Tuesday emphasized the timeless relevance of the Bhagavad Gita, stating that its teachings continue to inspire people across the globe even today. Addressing a gathering at Kurukshetra, he highlighted how the Gita’s message guides individuals towards duty, righteousness, and selfless action.
PM Modi noted that the wisdom of the Gita transcends time and borders, providing guidance on ethical decision-making, personal growth, and social responsibility. He encouraged citizens, particularly the youth, to imbibe its principles to build a harmonious and progressive society.
The event saw the participation of spiritual leaders, scholars, and devotees who discussed and recited verses from the Gita, reflecting on its philosophical and moral teachings. The Prime Minister interacted with the participants and appreciated efforts to promote Vedic knowledge and preserve India’s cultural heritage.
