Rajouri, 11 December 2025: Rajouri Police organised a series of Thana Divas, PCPG and VDC meetings at Sunderbani, Chingus, Qila Darhal and Rajpura Bhatta to strengthen police–public cooperation and address community issues at the grassroots level.
DIG RP Range Tejinder Singh, accompanied by ASP Nowshera and SHO Sunderbani, chaired the Thana Divas/PCPG/VDC meeting at Sunderbani with VDC members and local residents.
Similarly, SSP Rajouri Gaurav Sikarwar, along with DySP Headquarters and SHO Nowshera, conducted Thana Divas/PCPG/VDC meetings at Chingus, Qila Darhal and Rajpura Bhatta.
The meetings saw active participation from VDC members and local residents, who raised various issues related to security, public welfare and community policing. Several grievances were resolved on the spot, reflecting the commitment of Rajouri Police to responsive and citizen-centric policing.
Rajouri Police assured participants of timely redressal of all genuine issues and reiterated its dedication to maintaining peace, security and strong police–public cooperation in the district.
