Rajouri, 13 Dec, 2025 Rajouri Police, in a swift and decisive night raid at Darhali Nallah, seized heavy machinery being used for illegal extraction of mining minerals during late hours.

- 01 Poclain Machine owned by Abdul Rashid S/O Mohd Ismile, resident of Dhanore Jarallan, Rajouri
All the seized machinery was found actively involved in illegal extraction of mining and mineral resources from Darhali Nallah.
Proceedings under the provisions of the Mines and Minerals (Development and Regulation) Act (MMDR Act) have been initiated against the violators.
Rajouri Police has reiterated its firm commitment to act against illegal mining activities and assured that strict measures will continue to be taken to safeguard natural resources and uphold the law.
