RAJOURI, DECEMBER 13: District Development Commissioner (DDC) Rajouri, Abhishek Sharma, today chaired a meeting to review preparations for the upcoming ‘Prashasan Gaon Ki Ore–2025’ campaign, scheduled from December 19 to 25, along with the preparatory phase of Good Governance Week (GGW). The meeting was held at the Conference Hall of the Deputy Commissioner’s Office.
During the meeting, the DDC highlighted the need for transparent and time-bound public service delivery. He called for maximum registration of grievances on the JK Samadhan portal and directed officers to ensure their timely resolution during the campaign.
Sharma instructed departments to intensify awareness and implementation of Central and UT Government schemes at the grassroots level. It was informed that joint grievance redressal camps will be organised at the tehsil level, with participation from Tehsildars, BDOs, TSOs, TSWOs, CDPOs and officers from Agriculture, Horticulture, Veterinary and other allied sectors.
Each camp will include a registration desk, a service delivery desk and a dedicated JK Samadhan counter. The DDC asked the concerned Additional Deputy Commissioners (ADCs) to issue an activity calendar and submit a detailed list of services to be provided during the campaign.
Officers were directed to submit daily reports on applications received and disposed of. The DDC also emphasised ensuring availability of essential services such as inheritance mutations, Jamabandi updation, Aadhaar updation, Ujjwala e-KYC and other citizen-centric services.
Special outreach camps will be organised in Terayath and Khawas, with a particular focus on health and education services to address local needs.
