Indian Army Organised Cleanliness Drive at Salani Poonch

Poonch :The Indian Army organized a cleanliness drive in Salani, in coordination with the Government High School, as part of the Swachh Bharat Abhiyan.

The goal was to raise awareness and promote behavioural change regarding hygiene and sanitation practices, improve waste management, and educate the local community about the benefits of cleanliness and hygiene. Students and faculty from the Government High School in the Poonch district participated in the event, taking a pledge to promote cleanliness and spread awareness in society.

The Indian Army’s efforts to promote healthy living practices were appreciated by the local residents. The event aimed to generate awareness and bring about a behavioural change regarding hygiene and sanitation practices, improve the management of solid and liquid waste, and educate the local populace about the benefits of cleanliness and hygiene.
