Nagrota : The Centre of Excellence for Road Safety (CoERS) at IIT Madras, a leading institution dedicated to road safety research and advocacy, conducted a hands-on workshop at NCC Training Academy Nagrota.
This crucial initiative, led by a distinguished team comprising Col Sanjiv Sharma (Retd), Ms. Himani Suri, Mr. Allan Winston, and Mr. Samuel Sathiyanathan, aimed to raise awareness and promote a culture of safe driving among cadets, laying the foundation for life-saving habits. The event unfolded with palpable energy as NCC cadets absorbed the insights shared by the CoERS team. The session underscored the dire consequences of road accidents, emphasizing that every day, countless lives are lost due to preventable crashes.
