Rajouri: In a bold move to address skill development and promote youth employment, the Indian Army has formally inaugurated the Welding Cadre Program at Patrara. This program is specifically designed for young individuals seeking hands-on experience and expertise in the vital trade of welding.
The initiative aims to provide valuable training, certifications, and job placement opportunities for the youth, setting them on a path to success in one of today’s most in-demand industries. The program offers comprehensive training that covers a wide range of welding techniques, safety standards, and industry practices.
Through a combination of classroom learning and practical workshops, participants will gain a thorough understanding of both the theoretical and applied aspects of welding.
