Jammu: A two-and-a-half-month-old boy was found abandoned near the Jammu-Pathankot railway track in Kathua district of Jammu and Kashmir on Wednesday, police said.
The infant was spotted near the tracks at Hatli, after which police rushed him to a hospital. Doctors later confirmed that his condition is stable.
“Police brought the child to the hospital. He is under observation and his condition remains stable,” a doctor told reporters.
