Mumbai: The makers of De De Pyaar De 2, starring Ajay Devgn and Rakul Preet Singh, have released the film’s second track — “Jhoom Sharaabi” — which promises to be a “wedding anthem for uncles.”

Blending desi swag with a retro groove, the upbeat number features Yo Yo Honey Singh’s signature rap, instantly turning up the energy and setting the perfect party vibe. The song captures the reunion of Ajay Devgn and Honey Singh, whose dynamic chemistry adds a celebratory punch, while Rakul Preet Singh makes a dazzling appearance in the music video.

With Honey Singh helming both the music and rap, the track has been choreographed by Ganesh Acharya, known for his high-energy dance routines.

Talking about the song, Honey Singh said:

‘Jhoom Sharaabi’ sets the mood the moment it drops! I wanted a track that pulls everyone to the floor — from the cool uncles to the crazy cousins. Working with Ajay sir again was full of energy and masti. This one’s for every shaadi where the OGs lead the party!

Choreographer Ganesh Acharya added:

‘Jhoom Sharaabi’ isn’t just another dance number — it’s a full-on uncle anthem! We wanted to capture that carefree, fun energy uncles bring to the dance floor. Ajay sir nailed that vibe perfectly — smooth, cool, and totally in rhythm! Honey’s beats made it even more infectious.

Earlier this month, the makers unveiled another track, “Raat Bhar,” a soulful romantic number featuring Meezaan Jafri and Rakul Preet Singh, which beautifully depicts the growing chemistry between their characters, Ayesha and Aditya.

Directed by Anshul Sharma, De De Pyaar De 2 is slated for a theatrical release on November 14, 2025.

The trailer begins with Rakul Preet’s character revealing her relationship with Ajay Devgn to her parents, played by R. Madhavan and Gautami Kapoor. Shocked by the age difference, her parents plot to derail the wedding by introducing Meezaan Jafri’s character into her life — setting up a humorous clash between love and family.
