Mumbai: The Ambani family celebrated Navratri this year with heartfelt devotion, tradition, and togetherness. Nita Ambani, Founder-Chairperson of the Reliance Foundation, paid a soulful tribute to Goddess Durga with a special performance that radiated faith and festivity.
From the sacred aarti to the lively beats of garba, every aspect of the celebration honoured the Goddess and showcased the artistry of skilled craftsmen from Gujarat. The festivities began with the aarti of Goddess Durga, performed by Nita Ambani, Mukesh Ambani, Akash Ambani, Anant Ambani, Shloka Merchant, Radhika Merchant, and other family members.
Following the prayers, the celebration came alive with energetic garba, as family members and guests danced to traditional rhythms, adding vibrancy to the occasion. The decor, intricately designed and handcrafted by Gujarati artisans, further enhanced the festive atmosphere.
Nita Ambani mesmerised attendees with her soulful performance dedicated to the Goddess, accompanied by a troupe of background dancers, creating an unforgettable experience. Both Nita and Mukesh Ambani also joined in performing garba, embodying the spirit of Navratri.
The Ambanis’ celebration highlighted not only their devotion to Goddess Durga but also the values of family, unity, and cultural preservation, while paying homage to India’s rich artisanal heritage.
