NEW DELHI: The Indian Army on Wednesday announced the successful conduct of an integrated firing exercise in Ladakh, aimed at boosting jointness and validating tactics and techniques with the inclusion of next-generation equipment and “battlefield equalisers.”
The exercise was carried out by the Leh-based Fire and Fury Corps.
“As part of the #IndianArmy’s Decade of Transformation, the Fire and Fury Corps conducted an Integrated Firing Exercise in Ladakh to enhance jointness and validate Tactics, Techniques, and Procedures, incorporating New Generation Equipment and Battlefield Equalisers,” the Corps stated in a post on X.
Photographs and a video clip of the exercise were also shared.
The armed forces have been increasingly focusing on improving synergy and joint operations among the three services.
