New Delhi: Luxury carmaker Audi India on Friday reported an 18% year-on-year decline in retail sales, totaling 3,197 units in the first nine months of 2025.
In the same period last year, the company had sold 3,889 units.
“2025 has brought unique market dynamics that have challenged the luxury car segment. During this period, our focus has been on delivering meaningful experiences for our customers,” Audi India Head Balbir Singh Dhillon said in a statement.
Despite complex market conditions, geopolitical developments, and the rollout of GST 2.0, coupled with strong festive demand, the company remains optimistic about ending the year on a positive note, he added.
Audi India also reported a 5% year-on-year growth in its pre-owned car business for the January-September period.
